Validity of contract
By making a purchase via Studio Heijne`s website the following agreement between the customer (you), with a minimum age of 18 years, and Studio Heijne is legally binding until further notice. For business to business agreements, please contact us before completing your purchase. As soon as the order has been placed by you, Studio Heijne will send a confirmation email to the email address stated in your customer profile. It is your responsibility to provide a functioning address and check the order confirmation thoroughly for possible errors.
Once an order has been placed no further changes can be applied. Information about the status of the order is accessible via the customer's account at any time. As soon as the order has been shipped, a confirmation email is sent to you. Upon the receipt of the goods, the contract is regarded as completed.
Studio Heijne defines three types of products:
Customised products in standard size: Products which are customised in the product configurator or chosen from a non-standard product list. For sizing you have chosen standard sizes (XS-XL) These products are produced on demand and the production process starts as soon you have purchased your customised product.
Customised products in personal size (made-to-measure): All products with personal sizing, meaning that you have chosen the option in the size menu to fill in your personal body measurements. These products are adjusted to your size to fit you perfectly. The products are cut and sewn after you have purchased the product.
Ready to wear products: These products are in stock and ready to wear. They are only available in standard sizes and have a quick delivery time (2-5 days) as we send them to you as soon as possible after we have received your order.
The garments shown in our product configurator are a visualization only. The final product may vary somewhat in construction and colour. The perception of colours can vary from display to display. Therefore, the images do not reference to an exact colour but have a guiding function only. In order to see and feel the fabrics, we recommend ordering free fabric samples.
Prices displayed on this website include 25% VAT. The final order amount will be displayed in the shopping cart, and no extra charges will be added. The shipment of orders is always duty-free within the EU. Outside EU extra costs for custom can apply.
You can pay your purchase with payment card or invoice (sweden only). You can pay with VISA, Mastercard and Maestro. If you live in Sweden, you can also opt for invoice. Payments are secured by our partner Pay Ex.
Insamling av personuppgifter och kreditprövning är en förutsättning för vi ska kunna behandla önskemål om betalning på kredit. Vid köptillfället görs en kreditprövning som i vissa fall innebär att en kreditupplysning tas. Tas en kreditupplysning kommer en kopia att skickas till dig per post. Personuppgifter hanteras i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning. Vi kommer att lämna de personuppgifter som inhämtas i samband med köp till PayEx, 621 88 Visby, som behandlar personuppgifter i syfte att utföra identifikation och kreditkontroll, för fakturering och annan hantering som är knuten till fordran, samt för statistik- och analysändamål exempelvis för att undvika bedrägerier, för att utveckla nya produkter och för beslutsstöd vid inkasso. Uppgifterna kan lämnas ut till underleverantörer och till myndigheter och annan som har rätt till uppgifterna enligt lag. Uppgifterna kan också användas för marknadsföring av PayEx produkter, via brev, e-post eller på annat sätt, om du inte skriftligen anmäler till PayEx att du inte samtycker till detta på den adress som PayEx anvisar. www.payex.se
Information om överlåtelse
”Fordran kommer att överlåtas till PayEx Credit AB, 556735- 5671, S:t Hansplan 1, 621 88 Visby. Betalning med befriande verkan kan därför bara ske till PayEx på det konto som PayEx anvisar”.
Leverans sker till din folkbokföringsadress.
Faktura ska betalas så att den är mottagaren till handa senast 14 dagar efter fakturadatum. Vid försenad eller utebliven betalning tillkommer dröjsmålsränta med gällande reporänta + 19,00%, dock lägst 20 % samt ersättning för skriftlig betalningspåminnelse med det belopp som anges i lag (1981:739) om ersättning för inkassokostnader mm eller motsvarande lag som ersätter denna”.
Cookies and Security
A cookie is a small removable data file that is stored by your web browser on your computer. If you don´t want cookies to be saved on your computer, you should be able to block them in the settings of your browser. However if you turn cookies off, you won't have access to many features that make your site experience more efficient and most of our services will not function properly.
During the order process, you will be informed about the estimated delivery time for your order. The delivery time cannot be guaranteed, as it is only a calculated estimate. We are constantly monitoring production, air freight and final delivery and are always working hard to delivery your order as soon as possible. When your order is shipped from Stockholm, Sweden you will always receive a message by email.
For Customised products in standard size & Customised products in personal size (made-to-measure): 2-4 weeks
For Ready to wear products: 2-5 days. When out of stock we produce on demand and delivery time will be 2-4 weeks.
We work together with DHL for shipping service. For your convenience, we offer different kinds of shipping methods and delivery methods. During the purchase process, you can choose the delivery options according your preference.
Sweden: DHL home delivery or DHL pick up place: 1-2 days delivery time
- DHL Standard: 2-5 days delivery time
- DHL Express: 2-3 days delivery time
The rest of the world: DHL Express: 2-3 days delivery time
DHL contact you before delivery
By filling in your telephone number during purchase process, you will make sure DHL can contact you to communicate around the delivery time. They will let you know when they will deliver, when you can pick up the package or they will contact you to make a delivery appointment. If you have home delivery and you are not at home when the package is delivered you will automatically receive a message with options on how to proceed.
If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.
Packages that are not picked up
We will charge 299 SEK/30 Euros for packages that are not accepted/picked up/returned to us to cover the costs of handling. To avoid this charge, always pick up your order within 14 days of delivery to your post office or package agent.
All the products at Studio Heijne can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product and you will get a full refund on your account as soon as we have received the item.
Perfect fit garantuee
Service for products in personal size (made-to measure) In case you are not satisfied with the fitting of the garment, we offer free adjustment of the garment. You can either adjust the garment at your nearest tailor (only for small adjustments below 300 SEK) or send it back to us and we will do the adjustment. This is without any additional costs. Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will in turn contact you and find the best solution.
How to return a purchase: Contact us on email@example.com. Please state your name, order description and your wish to return the item. We will send you digital documents and further information on how to return your item. This is without any additional costs.
Condition of returned products
Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all Studio Heijne tags still attached
Studio Heijne is responsible for the integrity of the personal information given by our customers. Your personal information is only used for internal purposes and neither your personal details nor your e-mail address will be given to third parties.
If you have any complaints email firstname.lastname@example.org giving full details including date of purchase and order reference number where applicable and describe your complain. We will do our best to solve your issue.
If for any reason the issue cannot be solved between Studio Heijne and the customer we refer to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR) to solve any potential legal dispute.

Events outside Studio Heijne’s control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning Studio Heijne is released from obligations to fulfil contractual agreements.
