Right of Withdrawal – In-Stock Products In-stock products (including scarves, bags and accessories) may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return: • The item must be unused • All Studio Heijne tags must remain attached • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging Once we have received and approved the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Custom Made Products – Perfect Fit Guarantee All made-to-measure and custom-produced garments are individually manufactured according to the customer’s measurements and preferences. In accordance with EU consumer legislation, custom-made products are not subject to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. Instead, we offer our Perfect Fit Guarantee: If the fit is not as expected, we will: • Remake the garment, or • Produce a new corrected garment Maximum one remake or replacement per customer and order.
If the customer chooses not to accept the remake solution, we may offer a gift card valid for 12 months, corresponding to the order value minus shipping and handling costs. Gift cards are offered as a voluntary service and do not constitute a statutory right to refund. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for custom-made products, except in cases required by law.
Sample Sale Items Sample sale items are offered at a reduced price and may show minor irregularities. The standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Condition of Returned Items Items must be tried on with care. Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags may not be accepted.
