A sustainable business model 

Our aim is to build a sustainable business which all starts with our concept of producing on demand. We are also aiming to be transparent about the way the product is produced and where the fabrics come from. 

No more mass and over-production! We produce this dress after ordering only. That's why we never overproduce and have, for example, to burn garments like other fashion houses choose to do. This garment is sewn with love and attention by one tailor to fit you perfectly and is made to last for years and years.

We are also aiming to be transparent about the way the product is produced and where the fabrics come from. 

ABOUT THIS PRODUCT

The Fabric:

• This dress is crafted from a mix of 55% Silk and 45% Linen, which is a biodegradable fabric. Silk is a natural fabric produced without using many chemicals or using loads of water. Linen is also considered a more sustainable fibre simply because it is ‘natural’. … One of the oldest known fibres, linen is a cellulose fabric that has traditionally been made from the stem of the flax plant. Flax uses less water and pesticides to grow than cotton and it is fully biodegradable when left untreated.

The Trims:

• Trims: buttons in Corozzo from german Knopf und Knopf

Production:

• This product is crafted by our skilled seamstresses in our atelier in Lithuania. We have visited the atelier numerous times and have a great collaboration. The employees work in very good conditions and get a decent salary.

PACKAGING AND BRANDING

Our Swedish supplier is Märkett and production of the labels is in China.

• Woven brand labels: 100% recycled polyester. 
• Paper labels: made from 100% recycled paper. 
• Packaging: Recycled paper and certified paper

SHIPPING

We ship mostly with DHL and always with climate compensated green shipping.
