Firstly we send the order directly to our atelier in Lithuania. Secondly the fabric will be cut and sewn and your product will be perfectly made by the professional seamstresses.
In addition the finished product will be sent to our studio in Stockholm for a final checking and then shipped to your address. The total process from ordering to receiving the package will take 14-21 days, if you live in Sweden. A few days more if you live in another country.
Firstly you choose a product you like. Secondly you click on the options appearing in the product picture. For example short or long, which changes the length of the garment. As a result the picture of the garment will change shape.
Moreover you can click on the product and consequently you will come to the product page. There you will also find the different customize options . You can, for example, find the “sleeve button”, where you can change the sleeve length. Meanwhile you can directly see the changes you have made.
First choose the standard size you buy most often for similar garments. Secondly check the pre-filled measurements by measuring one or several of the written measurements. Thirdly, adjust the measurement to your measurement. To make this easy for you, we have created videos showing how to measure. Click the ? in the measurement tabs to get to the videos.
To get your measurements you solely need a measuring tape (or thread and a ruler) and 5 minutes of your time.
Check our international size guide to help you find the right conversion to the size system we refer to. But we always recommend to fill in your measurements instead, because then we make sure you will get the right size.
In stock products can be returned for any reason within 14 days. In-stock products are scarves, bags and other accesoires. You will get a full refund (minus the total shipping costs) on your account as soon as we have received the unused item in its original package.
For custom made products we offer a Perfect Fit Guarantee. This means that we offer to remake you product when the fitting is not as you wish. Either we remake your product or we make a new product. (max 1 remake/new product per person) If you for any reason don’t want to accept our offer and want to return your product instead, it’s possible. In that case you wil receive a gift card which is valid for one year, with the amount of the order minus shipping and handling costs. We will not refund the order costs to your bank account.
Sample sale items cannot be returned.
In case you are not satisfied with the fitting of the garment, we offer one free adjustment. Firstly contact us on [email protected] and state your order number and a description of your request. After that we will get back to you with 2 options. You can either adjust the garment at your nearest tailor (however only for small adjustments below 300 SEK) or send it back to us and we will do the adjustment or produce a new item. Certainly, this is without any additional costs.
Please note that you only can return in stock products such as scarves and accessories.
Start with contacting us on [email protected]. Please state your name, order description and your wish to return the item. After that we will send you digital documents and further information on how to return your item. Please be careful when trying on items, as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all Heijne tags still attached.
Customizable products, which are produced on demand (almost all garments). For these products delivery time will vary depending on where you live, but allow for 14-30 days. First after you placed your order, we start the production. The production time is 14-21 days. With that said we’re always looking for ways to shorten the delivery time, so you can enjoy your Heijne garments as soon as possible.
Products in stock (accessories, care products and gift cards) We will ship these products as soon as possible. As a result the process from ordering to delivery to your home will only take 2-5 days, depending on where you live.
Note: If you are not living in Europe and you choose National mail as delivery, delivery will take longer, usually around 14 days.
We work together with DHL and Post Nord/ National post for shipping service. For your convenience, we offer different kinds of shipping methods and delivery methods. During the purchase process, you can choose the delivery options according your preference.
Sweden:
DHL home delivery or DHL Service Point: 1-2 days delivery time. This method is traceable and we take responsibility for the package until delivered at Service Point (or home for Home Delivery).
Post Nord:1- 2 days delivery time. Certain items, for example scarves and face masks, we deliver in a package suitable to fit in your personal mailbox. Easy and fast. Please note that this method is not traceable and we don’t take any responsibility for package lost or damaged on the way.
Europe:
DHL Standard (2-5 days delivery time): This method is traceable and we take responsibility for the package until delivered at the end destination.
DHL Express (2-3 days delivery time): This method is traceable and we take responsibility for the package until delivered at the end destination.
National post (3-10 days delivery time): We deliver certain items, for example scarves, in a small package suitable to fit in your personal mailbox. We always use traceable post, but sometimes the international post tracking can lack information and therefor we can not provide all exact details. We don’t take any responsibility for package lost or damaged on the way.
The rest of the world:

Yes, you can track your order for all packages shipped with DHL (see delivery method) and National Post, using the tracking number, which you’ll receive in your e-mail once the order is shipped.
