1) Who we are

These Terms apply when you shop at Studio Heijne (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, our Return Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2) Products & product information

We do our best to show products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen and device settings.

We may update product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time.

3) Orders & contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.

Please review your order details carefully before completing checkout. If you need to correct something, contact us as soon as possible. If production has started, changes may not be possible.

4) Prices & Payments

All prices are shown in the local currency selected on the website.

For customers within the European Union (EU), prices include applicable VAT.

For customers outside the EU, VAT is not charged. However, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store full card details.

5) Shipping & delivery

1. In-Stock Products
All in-stock products are processed promptly and shipped within 1–3 business days.
If, for any reason, we are unable to ship within this timeframe, the customer will be notified without delay. In such cases, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.
2. Production & Processing Time made on demand products
All made-to-measure and on-demand garments are produced individually after the order has been confirmed.
Production time is approximately 10–14 business days.
Production begins once: The order is confirmed, and all required measurements and details have been approved.
Orders cannot be modified once production has started.

Estimated total delivery time is 2–30 days, depending on:
•    Type of product
•    Production time
•    Shipping time to our warehouse (where applicable)
•    Final shipment to the customer
•    Customer location
Total delivery time varies depending on destination country and logistics conditions.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

6) Unclaimed / refused shipments

If a package is not collected, refused, or returned to us due to failure to accept delivery, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 299 SEK / 30 EUR to cover return shipping and handling costs.
To avoid this charge, please ensure that your order is collected within the timeframe specified by the carrier (normally within 14 days).
Please note that unclaimed packages are not considered a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us in accordance with our Return Policy.

7) Returns & refunds

Below is a summary of the key points:

A) In-stock accessories (scarves, bags, etc.)
You may return eligible in-stock items within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, in original condition/packaging, and with tags attached. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

B) Made-to-measure / custom-made garments
Custom-made products are produced based on your measurements and preferences and are normally not covered by the standard right of withdrawal. Instead, we offer a Perfect Fit Guarantee: if the fit is not as expected, we will offer one remake or one replacement per customer/order.

If you choose not to accept the remake/replacement solution, we may offer a gift card valid for 12 months equal to the order value minus shipping and handling costs.

C) Sample sale
Sample sale items are sold at a reduced price and may have minor irregularities. Any return rights are described in the Return Policy.

How to start a return: email wendy@studioheijne.com with your name and order number and reason for return, and we will send instructions.

8) Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, design, logo, etc.) belongs to Studio Heijne or our licensors and may not be used without written permission.

9) Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses (such as loss of profit) that may arise from using the website or delays outside our control. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10) Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://studioheijne.com/policies/privacy-policy
This includes measurement data when you purchase made-to-measure products, used for producing your garment and (if applicable) to simplify future purchases.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. If a dispute arises, you may also have the right to bring a claim in your country of residence within the EU/EEA, where applicable.
