Validity of contract
By making a purchase via Studio Heijne`s website the following agreement between the customer (you), with a minimum age of 18 years, and Studio Heijne is legally binding until further notice. For business 2 business agreements, please contact us before completing your purchase. As soon as the order has been placed by you, Studio Heijne will send a confirmation email to the email address stated in your customer profile. It is your responsibility to provide a functioning address and check the order confirmation thoroughly for possible errors.
Once an order has been placed no further changes can be applied. As soon as the order is prepared for shipment will the shipping company send an automated email to you with shipping information. Upon the receipt of the goods, the contract is regarded as completed.
Terms
Studio Heijne defines 2 types of products:
Made-on-demand products: Almost all our garments are made-on-demand. This means that we produce the garment after we have received the order. We use this system to reduce our impact on the environment and to be able to offer personalization.
The products will have the text on the product pages stating: This product is made-on-demand, please allow for a production time of xx days.
Please note that on-demand products can be both ordered in standard size or in personal size, so called made-to-measure.
Ready to wear products: These products are in stock and ready to wear. In stock products are accessories or some garments in standard sizes and have a quick delivery time (2-5 days). Please note when a product is in stock products. It’s always mentioned on the product page. We send the package to you as soon as possible after we have received your order.
Order
The garments shown in our product configurator are a visualization only. The final product may vary somewhat in construction and colour. The perception of colours can vary from display to display. Therefore, the images do not reference to an exact colour but have a guiding function only.
Prices
Prices displayed on this website include 25% VAT. The final order amount will be displayed in the shopping cart, and no extra charges will be added. The shipment of orders is always duty-free within the EU. Outside EU extra costs for custom can apply.
Payment
For payment we work with KLARNA. They accept all major credit cards such as VISA Mastercard and American Express. They offer several payment services such as 30 days credit.

Returns
In stock products can be returned for any reason within 14 days. In-stock products are scarves, bags and other accessories. You will get a full refund (minus the total shipping costs) on your account as soon as we have received the unused item in its original package.
For custom made products we offer a Perfect Fit Guarantee. This means that we offer to remake your product when the fitting is not as you wish. Either we remake your product, or we make a new product. (max 1 remake/new product per person) If you for any reason don’t want to accept our offer and want to return your product, it’s possible. In that case you wil receive a gift card which is valid for one year, with the amount of the order minus shipping and handling costs. We will not refund the order costs to your bank account.
Sample sale items cannot be returned.
How to return a purchase: Contact us on [email protected]. Please state your name, order description and your wish to return the item. We will send you digital documents and further information on how to return your item. This is without any additional costs.
Condition of returned products.
Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all Studio Heijne tags still attached.
Delivery
During the order process, you will be informed about the estimated delivery time for your order. The delivery time cannot be guaranteed, as it is only a calculated estimate. We are constantly monitoring production, air freight and final delivery and are always working hard to delivery your order as soon as possible. When your order is shipped from Stockholm, Sweden you will always receive a message by email.
Delivery times
For Customised products in standard size & Customised products in personal size (made-to-measure): 2-4 weeks
For In stock products: 2-5 days. When out of stock we produce on demand and delivery time will be 2-4 weeks.
Delivery options
We work together with DHL and Post Nord/ National post for shipping service. For your convenience, we offer different kinds of shipping methods and delivery methods. During the purchase process, you can choose the delivery options according to your preference.
Sweden:
DHL home delivery or DHL Service Point: 1-2 days delivery time. This method is traceable, and we take responsibility for the package until delivered at Service Point (or home for Home Delivery).
Post Nord: 1- 2 days delivery time. Certain items, for example scarves, we deliver in a package suitable to fit in your personal mailbox.
Europe:
DHL Standard (2-5 days delivery time): This method is traceable and we take responsibility for the package until delivered at the end destination.
DHL Express (2-3 days delivery time): This method is traceable and we take responsibility for the package until delivered at the end destination.
National post (3-10 days delivery time): We deliver certain items, for example scarves, in a small package suitable to fit in your personal mailbox. We always use traceable post, but sometimes the international post tracking can lack information and therefore we cannot provide all exact details. We don’t take any responsibility for package lost or damaged on the way.
The rest of the world:

National post (7-21 days delivery time): We deliver certain items, for example scarves, in a small package suitable to fit in your personal mailbox. We always use traceable post, but sometimes the international post tracking can lack information and therefore we cannot provide all exact details. DHL contacts you before delivery.
By filling in your telephone number during purchase process, you will make sure DHL can contact you to communicate around the delivery time. They will let you know when they will deliver, when you can pick up the package or they will contact you to make a delivery appointment. If you have home delivery and you are not at home when the package is delivered you will automatically receive a message with options on how to proceed.
Delayed Delivery
If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.
Packages that are not picked up.
We will charge 299 SEK/30 Euros for packages that are not accepted/picked up/returned to us to cover the costs of handling. To avoid this charge, always pick up your order within 14 days of delivery to your post office or package agent.
Cookies and Security
We use cookies on our website to improve your shopping experience.
A cookie is a small removable data file that is stored by your web browser on your computer. If you don´t want cookies to be saved on your computer, you should be able to block them in the settings of your browser. However, if you turn cookies off, you won’t have access to many features that make your site experience more efficient and most of our services will not function properly.
Personal Information
Studio Heijne is responsible for the integrity of the personal information given by our customers. Your personal information is only used for internal purposes and neither your personal details nor your e-mail address will be given to third parties.
Complaints
If you have any complaints email [email protected] giving full details including date of purchase and order reference number where applicable and describe your complain. We will do our best to solve your issue.
If for any reason the issue cannot be solved between Studio Heijne and the customer we refer to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR) to solve any potential legal dispute.

Force Majeure
Events outside Studio Heijne’s control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning Studio Heijne is released from obligations to fulfil contractual agreements.
