Pre-loved Studio Heijne – make your garments last
Sell your previous Studio Heijne garments and get a gift card for responsible and pre-loved fashion. As a part of our sustainability work, we want to make it easy for you to take care of garments that you don’t need in your closet and that can be loved by someone else…
We think the most sustainable clothes are the ones being used over and over again. That’s why you can now recycle your Studio Heijne garments and do it as easily as possible. Just pack and ship, we will handle all the rest and you will soon receive a gift card to our online store.
We will refund you 50% or 70% of the estimated selling price for each Studio Heijne product eligible for resale. You can use the gift card almost immediately, and you don’t have to wait for the clothes to be sold.
Our recycling partner is Ninyes , We choose Ninyes, because they are Europe’s first and only marketplace for used, responsibly produced clothes. At their market place you can find second hand garments from sustainable brands. and of course Ninyes also has the best, curated Studio Heijne second hand collection.
Before you recycle
If your garment is still loved, but for some reason don’t fit anymore or need some reparation. Consider our adjustment service or repair service first.
What can I recycle?
Yes please:
All Studio Heijne clothes. The products must be intact, clean, tidy and resellable. The assumed selling price must be at least 100 SEK / 10 €.
No thanks:
Dirty, stained or torn clothes, faded or discolored clothes or products that are already fully used up. The clothes must not contain animal hair. Sample pieces or II quality with brand label cut in half.
How do I recycle?
1. Fill in and send the Studio Heijne recycling form
2. Pack and send your used clothes to us. In your package, please include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number.
Returns can be made from Sweden, Finland, Denmark and soon Germany.
Returns from Sweden: You will receive your Bring prepaid packing slip in an email. Leave your package at a Bring service point. If you are not able to print out the label, let us know and we will send it to you via normal mail.
Returns from Denmark: You will receive your personal prepaid code for a GLS return in an email. Leave your package at a GLS service point. The return works with an automatic QR code on your mobile.
Returns from Finland: You can use our prepaid Matkahuolto shipping code 9545051 / Ninyes Oy or Posti shipping code 671577 / Ninyes Oy. Shipping address: Ninyes Oy Veneentekijäntie 18 B, 00210 Helsinki. 3.
Gift card
When we have received and processed your clothes, you will receive a message in your e-mail with the refund value of the items. Once you have accepted the value, you will receive a gift card in your email.
For each item that is eligible for resale, we will refund you 50% (for items with a value less than 700SEK/70€) or 70% (for items with a value more than 700SEK/70€) of its estimated selling price.You will receive the gift card you have chosen approximately two weeks after you have shipped your clothes to us. The gift card is valid for six months from the date of issue.
